How can brain science influence teaching strategies and improve education? Significant advances have been made in understanding how the brain works but this is yet to be reflected in current education practice, including social and gender equality. This has produced a mind gap that must be bridged if we are to reap the benefits of European investment in neuroscience research. This session will address how to promote learning and cognitive skills, and merge theories of learning with hard scientific evidence.
